The EZLS1-US is a simple-to-use, easy-to-install Water Z-Wave Leak and Freeze sensor with 36 36-inch probe to quickly detect leaks under sinks, behind refrigerators, etc, before they turn into expensive repairs. It is also a Freeze Sensor that will notify you when the temp reaches 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Battery Life: Five-year battery life on one CR123A lithium battery. Its compact design makes it ideal for placement under sinks, next to toilets, or other high-risk areas that need protection.
